Your booking

Your appointment reserves the selected Saturday slot for the cleaning service shown. The price covers exterior windows that can be safely reached while standing on the ground. No ladders or climbing are used. If the property, access or weather makes the work unsuitable, Dad will contact you to agree a change or cancellation. No online payment is taken when you book; payment is arranged after the clean.

You can cancel a future appointment using your private booking link. Please let Dad know promptly if your plans change. Regular four-weekly visits are arranged separately and depend on availability.

Information we use

We collect your name, phone number, house number and street, postcode, chosen service and appointment time, plus any access notes you provide. This is used to arrange and carry out the clean, contact you about the visit and resolve booking questions. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the notes field.

The website checks your postcode against a local list. It does not request your device’s location or send your postcode to a geocoding service.

Where it is kept

The site and booking database are hosted by Cloudflare. Customer details are available through the protected parent dashboard and your private booking link. Keep that link private. Details are kept while needed to manage your booking, follow-up visits and relevant business records. Ask Dad if you would like your information corrected or removed.

Cookies and support messages

This site has no advertising or analytics cookies. Parent login uses a necessary secure session cookie. The booking-management page temporarily remembers your private booking token in your browser session so a refresh works.

If you choose WhatsApp, your support message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. You can use a normal text message instead. Your booking details are not used to subscribe you to marketing.
